INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IN 3–5 DAYS
Your order is carefully prepared and shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Northern France.
Express international shipping (3–5 business days): €15–€40 depending on destination and the selected currency.
The exact rate will be shown in your cart before checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
We keep you informed at every stage: confirmation, preparation, shipping, delivery, or return.
Your tracking number is sent as soon as the carrier takes charge of your parcel.
CUSTOMS
For Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the prices displayed on the website include customs duties.
For all other countries outside the European Union, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 15 days to return your items, carefully kept in their original condition and packaging. Requests are made via your account: Order History / Details.
You may choose your own carrier; return shipping is at your expense.
REFUND
Only refunds are possible. If you wish to exchange for a different size or another item, simply place a new order.
Refunds are processed within 5 days after receiving your return, to the original payment method.
If you benefited from volume discounts and return only part of your order, the refund will be adjusted based on the items kept.
TIMING
Returns usually take 5 to 10 business days to reach us. Once received and approved, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
We recommend keeping your tracking number safe.
