At In Corio, we want your on-line purchasing experience to be as pleasant as possible. So we do not charge for shipments or returns in metropolitan France for all orders above EUR 100. In addition, we give you the choice of delivery method and undertake to keep you informed at every stage in your order.

DELIVERY & RETURN / DELIVERY / RETURN / CANCELLATION

FREE DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

STANDARD 3-5 DAY DELIVERY FREE OF CHARGE in metropolitan France and Belgium for all orders above EUR 100 (EUR 8 for orders under EUR 100). When you confirm your basket, you can opt for delivery to a Collection Point near you, to he nearest La Poste office, to your home or to your place of work. So you can fetch your parcel when it is convenient to you within extended opening hours.If you opt for delivery to your home or office and you are not there when the delivery arrives, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox giving the address of the Collection Point where you can fetch your parcel. You will then have 15 days to fetch your parcel from the Collection Point before it is returned to us.
OPTIONAL EXPRESS 1-3 DAY DELIVERY in metropolitan France
. With this option, a charge of EUR 10 is made for orders above EUR 100 (EUR 13 for orders under EUR 100).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

STANDARD 3-7 DAY DELIVERY in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
A charge of between EUR 13 and EUR 20 is made for delivery depending on the delivery country. You bear any customs costs which may apply.

FOLLOW YOUR ORDER

We will keep you informed by e-mail at every stage in the delivery process, from the confirmation of your order to receipt of the parcel. The tracking number of your parcel will be sent to you as soon as the carrier takes charge of it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

GOODS RETURNED FREE OF CHARGE and prepaid in metropolitan France and Belgium for all initial orders above EUR 100. The return costs are covered for you once per order. For any other case or outside metropolitan France and Belgium, you bear the cost of returning goods.

Upon receipt of your order, you have 15 days to return article or articles which may not suit you. For the return to be accepted, the articles must be returned new and in their original packaging so that we can put them back on sale. Every returned item is checked and we reserve the right to refuse them if they are substandard (for example if the leather is marked or the sole is scratched, etc.).

Before you return your order, you must connect to your customer space (MY SPACE) and follow the procedure set out in the section HISTORY AND DETAILS OF MY ORDERS / DETAILS AND RETURN.

To make an exchange, please select ‘exchange’ as the reason for the return.

In metropolitan France and Belgium, in case of an exchange of a pair of shoes, in addition to the offered return costs, the delivery costs of the new pair(s) of shoes are also offered once.

REIMBURSEMENT

If you have made a multiple purchase benefiting from degressive prices and you wish to return just part of your order, the difference in price of the articles you keep will be deducted from the amount reimbursed. For example, you have bought three pairs of shoes at the selling price per three pairs of EUR 199 instead of EUR 249 and you wish to be reimbursed for one pair and keep two pairs. The two pairs that you keep will then be charged at the selling price per two pairs, that is EUR 229 each. We will therefore reimburse you EUR 139 (3x199 - 2x229).

Returned parcels take between three and seven working days to be delivered to us once they have been deposited. The parcel is then checked and if everything is in order, the reimbursement will be made within five working days of receipt. The reimbursement will be made in the same way as the initial payment. For instance, if you have paid by bank card, we will recredit your bank account and if you have paid via Paypal, your Paypal account will be recredited.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please go to MY SPACE / HISTORY AND DETAILS OF MY ORDERS / DETAILS AND RETURN within a maximum of about one hour of the payment of your order and leave us a message.

If the order is not yet being prepared, we will cancel it and you will be reimbursed immediately. On the other hand, if your order is already being prepared or has been sent, it will be delivered to you. You can, however, return it to us within 15 days in order to obtain a reimbursement.
