Physical appearance is one of the leading causes of hiring discrimination in France, identified in 40% of cases*.
In addition to the immediate impact of such discrimination on candidates' employment prospects, these experiences can lead to lasting psychological and social consequences.

At In Corio, we know how important a polished look is for building self-confidence.
With our fantastic partner La Cravate Solidaire, we are taking concrete action! We donate shoes to benefit job seekers supported by the La Cravate Solidaire association in Lille.
The association provides candidates with complete professional outfits for their job interviews and coaches them for two hours to help them present their best selves and become aware of their strengths.

By organizing special events dedicated to this cause so close to our hearts, we donate dozens of pairs of brand-new In Corio shoes to candidates seeking employment.
FOR EXAMPLE, DURING "EMPLOYMENT MONTH" IN MAY, WE DONATE A PORTION OF OUR PROFITS IN THE FORM OF BRAND-NEW SHOES.
Throughout the year, In Corio also donates pairs that are not put up for sale to the association (shoes used in photoshoots, pairs with minor defects, or prototypes).
