You won’t find a leather sneaker like Maxime anywhere else. Inspired by the German Army Trainer of the 1970s, its personality is both unique and modern. Thanks to our craft workshop in Porto, Maxime also benefits from elegant finishing touches: ultra-comfortable stitch construction, edge-to-edge seams, hand-stitched tie-off points, calfskin lining, reinforced oval eyelets, waxed laces, etc.
Maxime is an elegant, resolutely urban white leather sneaker for men. The more daring could even wear it with dress trousers.

I - ALTERNATE
By alternating your In Corio shoes every day, you allow the leather to dry and breathe, thus preventing it from aging prematurely. Ideally, you should not wear a pair more than twice a week. That's why we encourage you to own multiple pairs with our degressive prices.
II - USE SHOES TREES
As soon as you take off your In Corio footwear, the red cedar shoe trees take over in each pair. They maintain the shape of your shoes and help smooth out the creases caused by walking. Red cedar efficiently absorbs moisture and lends your shoes a delicate scent.
III - PROTECT
When you have worn your shoes about five times, we recommend that you have a rubber pad put on the sole and an embedded iron tip on the toe. This simple, inexpensive procedure will protect your footwear from damp, increase adherence and greatly extend the lifespan of your soles.
IV - NOURISH
For regular and quick care (ideally every 3 wears), the In Corio nourishing cream is what you need: it moisturizes, nourishes, and revives the color of the leather in moments. Dust off the shoes with a brush, then apply the cream in a circular motion using a cotton cloth. Pay special attention to the creases. Let it dry for at least 10 minutes on shoe trees, and then shine with a polishing brush.
V - SHINE
For an added shine, in addition to the nourishing cream, use the In Corio shining wax. Enriched with beeswax, it waterproofs and protects your shoes. Apply the shining wax using the same method as the cream, but in smaller quantities, with a focus on the tips of your shoes.
VI - REPAIR (OR RATHER HAVE REPAIRED)
When the time comes, your cobbler can work wonders to repair your shoes: replacing the sole, the heel, the insole, eyelets, buckles, elastic on boots... They can even slightly widen or narrow your shoes. A valuable ally when you need them.
